Coastal Café was built because I got tired of stale,
shelf-sitting coffee pretending to be premium. I wanted fresh roasted
specialty coffee beans — real coffee — grown by real farmers with their
hands in the soil, who care about the aroma, the harvest, and the craft.
My story started in New York, stayed grounded in New Jersey,
found freedom in California, and learned hard work in the Midwest. I’ve worked
security. I’ve worked in the medical field. I’ve driven across states instead
of flying because I wanted to feel the road, the land, the people, and the work
that goes into everything we consume.
Coastal Café is for people like that — people who hustle,
who grind, who wake up early, get off late, and still keep going. It’s for
